Q. Is there an age restriction for renting a Harley-Davidson® bike?
A. YES! Renters must be at least 21 years of age.
Q. What is included in the cost of the Rental Unit?
A. The use of up to 2 Genuine Harley-Davidson® helmets and rainsuits. 24 HOUR Roadside Assistance. All Rental Units are late model fuel injected and maintained to Harley-Davidson Motor Company standards. Ample on site storage.
Q. May I use cash for my security deposit?
A. YES! You will be required to show 2 forms of legal identification. The deposit amount is $2,000 regardless of supplemental products purchased.
Q. May I use a Debit Card for my rental deposit?
A. YES! Funds typically take 7-10 working days to get charged back to your account when using for a deposit.
Q. May I use a spouses, parents or friends credit card for my rental?
A. YES! The person whose card is being used must be present at time of transaction and sign waiver.
Q. Do I have to purchase insurance?
A. NO! You are not obligated to purchase any supplemental products or insurance, however not doing so leaves you responsible for the entire price of the bike should something happen. Q. Does my current insurance policy cover me on a rental motorcycle? A. NOT LIKELY! Typically only a "fleet" policy will transfer to a rental motorcycle. Q. May I have a passenger? A. YES! Passengers must be present to sign release form at time of Rental. Exceptions would be minor children their parents are signing for.
Q. Is there a dress code? A. YES! Proper riding attire is required at all times, no shorts, flip flops or tank tops will be allowed. Q. Is there a mileage limitation on my rental? A. NO! All rentals are for an unlimited 24 hour period! Q. Can I take my rental out-of-state? A. YES! The lower 48 and All of Canada are fair game for you riding pleasure! Q. May my friend(s) operate my rental bike? A. MAYBE! Any additional drivers must have valid endorsement and be listed on rental contract as an additional driver. |
