"My wife purchased her bike at Signature in 2004. She was extreamly happy with her bike and the salesman, Terry. It was a first time purchase for her and the people at the dealership treated her great. Service department and Scott were very helpful in helping to select accesories for saftey and style. I had the same experience with the purchase of my 2007 Fatboy. Signature had exactly what I wanted in a bike and accomadated me in accesories for my bike. Terry was my saleman also and I appreciate his help though out the purchase. He worked had to speed up the delivery time in order for us to make the four hour trip to pick up my bike. "I bought my first Harley after owning bikes for the past 37 years. I bought a 2001 Ultra classic that looks like new. (She's Beautiful)I drove aprox 450 miles to check her out after talking with Kevin Sargent and bought the bike. I also bought a bunch of accessories which the parts mgr went over with me in great detail to ensure I knew how to install them myself. "I had been contemplating for over 2 years on purchasing a motorcycle. I rode for several years but had not ridden for the past 20. I stopped out at your dealership and found Terry to be extremely helpful in answering my questions about the new Harley's. "I had a suspension problem with my 2005 Ultra Classic on a Sunday afternoon so I stoped and asked if it was possible to have it looked at. I was asked a few necessary questions and right away my bike was taken in to service. I can't say enough for how well I was greeted and responded to. The service writer and mechanic was super. "Fleet installed a Stage III kit on my 04 Superglide last year, I've put 2,000 miles on it and it's still running like new. I've got 103hp and 102lbs of torque. Fleet did an incredible job and the kit is top notch. I just pulled the baffles out against Fleet's advice and now I've got 102hp and 99 lbs of torque, I can't remember ever hearing a louder bike and oh my god is it fast! I would recommend this kit to anyone along with some ear plugs and a tight grip."

"The Harley fever all started in our 50s with my husband buying a 1999 Wide Glide from Terry. A year later Terry sold me a 2004 883C Sportster. Then a year later, I traded in the Sportster for a 2003 Low Rider with the help of Paul. I cannot say enough about the staff at Signature H-D (Jason and Juan in Parts; Karen in Accessories; Mick and Nicole in Service; Terry and Paul in Sales; Kevin in Financing; and Rick to name a few). Everyone has gone out of their way to help customize and to service my bikes. I would like to also mention how impressed I am with the Signature staff's involvement in its Glass City H.O.G. "We'd just like to thank everyone for making our wedding day!!! We rented a bike for our special day to ride & enjoy such a beautiful weekend with fellow riders & friends. We have been without our own bike since June 12th!!! We went to Thunder Rally in Sandusky & was enjoying a great ride that evening by the lake, stopped in Catawba at Pebble Beach sat by the water talking & moments later the bike was hit & dragged 17' by a drunk driver who then proceeded to take off!!! "A friend told me about your dealership and I dismissed it but I decided to give a call anyway. I was looking for that "special" bike. A Firefighters Special. Well, I called. I then talked to Chad and he treated me very honestly and like a friend. I drove mfor 2 hrs. Looked at the bike and wanted it. Chad is truely one of thee best salesman I have EVER dealt with. "Tim and staff, It started with my sister buying a Softail three weeks ago and my seeing the "Joker" Road King while we waited for her bike to be delivered. "I was disappointed when I needed insurance to take my bike out the door in the middle of Winter. I wasn't riding home in the snow with my bike, but taking home on the back of a pick up truck. I can never find my size when you have a big clearance sale."

"I have been in many Harley Dealerships.. Signature Harley and Toledo Harley are the friendliest ones out there. Especially Signature, where I purchased my bike. The salesmen and saleswomen are the most accomodating. Everyone at Signature is more than helpful. They always have a hello and a smile. Just really good people. There is a Harley dealership in the area Where I live and you never see the owner walking around the store, or greeting the Harley customers...Not like Tim Sherman, who always is pleasant and helpful. Thank you. I only wished I lived closer to shop the stores more often."
